Tree of Heaven is located on my neighbor’s property line but encroaches on my property. There is a large stump free which the tree that fell over my fence line has grown. For 14 years I have fought the invasive root system. Was not aware of how big the stump was until the fallen tree knocked down my fence revealing the stump. A large root can be seen growing onto my property from the stump. This is likely the root that compromised my drain system some years ago which I had to dig out and replace the pipe. I reported my concerns to owner of property where the tree grows.
