Avatar of commenter Thank you for your report! If the insect was seen recently, then it was probably not EAB, which won't be active adults until later in the spring. There are a number of iridescent green beetles in Oregon that are not invasive pests. If you have a photo of the specimen please upload it here for species confirmation..
