Thanks for the report. It is indeed poison hemlock and is fatal if eaten. Unfortunately, it is becoming a very successful year for poison hemlock. We are seeing it everywhere.
Along the Fanno Creek Trail path that connects the Tigard Library to the entrance at Fanno Creek Drive there were several sections that appeared to have poison hemlock along the pathway
