Description of specimen

It has 1 trunk with spindly branches. It has an unpleasant odor. The branches and leaf stems break easily. It has groups of small yellow flowers in the fall. There are now many in our yard.

Location

Suspect trees are on our property at 1176 S.E.Cedar St., Dundee, OR. However, I believe the large tree to be on Dundee city property - unimproved 12th street which abutt's our property with no barriers.
