Description of specimen

It is located along Robert's Creek and the South Umpqua River along the walking path at Riverplace Manufactured Homes owned by IPG. Very large leaves with long stalks that are flowerlike. Have researched this species and have warned families, children and those with dogs to stay away from this species of plant when I am outside.
