I think this plant might be "Giant Hogweed"?
See attached photos. I don't see it anywhere else on the Stoller Creek Greenway, yet...

Location

Growing next to and below the elevated boardwalk part of the Stoller Creek Greenway about halfway between Rock Creek Trail and NW Laidlaw Rd. It's about 7 feet tall and just out of reach from the boardwalk railing. GPS: 45 degrees 33 minutes 29 seconds North, 122 degrees 51 minutes 16 seconds West.
