Found an bug that im not sure where it came from it is white with black spots with long antennas took a few pictures of it my location in Forestgrove Oregon an it seem kinda of friendly but still not sure if it is harmful that can kill someone

Avatar of commenter Thank you for your report! This is the Banded alder borer, Rosalia funebris. They are native longhorn beetles and not considered pests. Their grubs live in dead branches of alder, maple and other forest trees. They are not tree killers.
