Description of specimen
Submitter does not have a specimen
One huge Tree of Heaven with many 2-3 foot high sprouts nearby, coming up across the street, as well as along the property next door. Sprouts were cut down at one time, but have come back. The empty lot with the tree is concrete, but currently there is pending construction in another lot across NE 15th. The sprouts there are along the curb.
