The speciman found was a Nutria. It has a very long tail, at least 18 inches long with long whiskers. It showed very docile behavior and was in a grassy area just eating grass. I was able to get relatively close to it, within 15 feet without disturbing it to get good pictures, a video, and pictures and a video of where it is located.
