Location

At addresses of 10450, 10438, 10426 SE Center Street, Portland, Oregon 97266 - we all have new plants in our yard, however at 10450 there is a very tall 14 foot or better in the SW corner of backyards property. These plant's that have loads of white flowers that are not flat on top but look like an umbrella. The leaves are huge and has redish/purple stems with hairs. A man who used to garden work for other people used to live at this address and keeps coming back to this address to "feed his ferel cats". I have a small plant that is about 5 feet high - 10426. And the neighbor inbetween also has a plant about 5 feet -10438. Also everyone at my house, including animals - 10426 in the last 5 years has started having serious vision problems- blind cat, and dog.
