Submitter has sample
EDRR Status: Population treated

Description of specimen

There is a very tall 14 foot or better in the SW corner of backyard property of 10450 SE Center Street.
These plants have loads of white flowers that are not flat on top but look like an umbrella. The leaves are huge and has redish/purple stems with hairs. This is spreading into my and my neighbors yards. A gardener used to live at this address. He keeps coming back to this property states he's feeding his 'feral" cats. He goes to location of where this plant is.
