Description of specimen

The plants are about 5 on the fence line of 10438 and 10450. A little boy of 3 years old last night has his eyes swollen shut. He went to the Emergency Room Last night. This morning he is going to the Doctors.
He was playing in a childs swimming pool out side next to this neighbor. And the neighbor stated that the whole backyard is full of this hogweed stuff address of 10450. When I - Wanda go outside my skin itches incrediably, within a few minutes, my eyes burn and itch. June 28, 2012 9:23am
