Description of specimen

I have a huge tree of heaven in my backyard -- removal is very expensive and I am wondering if there are any city-subsidized programs for removal.

Hi, Amanda, thanks for your email. Tree-of-heaven is a hard one. The short answer is: there really aren't any assistance programs for removal. I'm willing to commiserate at more length (mitch.bixby@portlandoregon.gov) but it's going to be a while before this improves.
