Japanese Knotweed (Fallopia japonica) on May 31, 2013

Description of specimen

Identified by picture as knotweed by soil and water conservation district staff. Looked like an isolated population with little disturbance. It is located directly inside the transmission tower steel framework.

Hey, Jason. Thanks for the report. I've been hearing about this patch of knotweed for a while, so it's nice to finally get a precise location.
