Description of specimen

This is what I believe to be "black" bamboo that has been intentionally transplanted from a prior residence by the current property owner, Jeff Blonder.

Location

Planted by an uninformed, private citizen directly on the bank of waterway between Carol and Kelso Avenues. The last residents at the end of Cleo Ave.
