Description of specimen

A family of nutria. Originally, a couple of years ago, just a mother and some little ones. Now five or seven adults.

Commentary

Thank you for submitting this report. Nutria are now common in wetlands throughout the Portland Metro area. Nutria are also prolific breeders, so you may see this particular nutria population continue to grow in the future.
