Description of specimen

maybe a dozen stems in two clumps. I tried to pull one stem and it was very well rooted in the cobble.

Location

below Dexter Dam, west side of Willamette River, approx. 100 years or so downstream from the gravel parking lot along an unmarked fishing trail. I zoomed in and placed the red mark very precisely.
