Description of specimen

This sighting was first identified and reported by WA state workers and reported to ODA. Glenn Miller of ODA confirmed the sighting on 5/13/14. Hood River SWCD staff also verified the sighting and ODA staff have removed approximately 100 plants from the roadside. The majority of the plants are still small - about a foot or two in height, but some are getting large. The plant resembles a Scotts Broom plants, but with white flowers.
