Originally reported as Water Primrose (unknown species) (Ludwigia spp.)

Description of specimen

Plants blooming in Mid-late september. Pond covered with plant. Not sure what species.
I will go out next week to take a better look--have only seen it as I was driving by. Will also look to see if this pond has an outlet.
