Hi Nick,
Thank you for the report. I work with the adjacent landowners on restoration at this site and have noted your observation. We pull garlic mustard along this stretch each year, though I note that your observation is a little further down the trail than we typically see it. Thanks for the heads up! This is a high priority species.
At least 2 small populations of garlic mustard scattered alongside the east and west side of Englewood horse trail in Tryon Creek State Park, particularly at marker location on map. About 50ft down from Englewood trailhead, on left (west) side of trail along fence line marking private property boundary. Marked a few days ago by myself with a piece of pink flagging tape.
