Description of specimen

First discovered at Oxbow in the spring of 2014 by Dan Durfey,Umatilla County Weed Board Supervisor while
conducting a "weed walk" with Tour Of Knowledge Executive Director ,Eileen Laramore and member Andrew Cooley. Oxbow is the Tour Of Knowledge's Adopt-A-River site.
"We were at Gate Camp (one of the places where people can access the river) when I heard Dan say "Oh No!"
He had found Garlic Mustard growing there.
