Description of specimen

From the person who reported this to OPRD: "From what I could see down in the stream, this turtle was definitely not a western painted or western pond turtle. This turtle was something like 1-1.5ft in diameter. I couldn't say conclusively whether an 'alligator' or 'common' snapping turtle."
