Parsley/carrot family appearance; fern-like leaves with purple splotches on the stems.

Commentary

Thanks for the report, Lisa. There really aren't any requirements for removal of poison hemlock, although, sure, it's certainly recommended. Vacant lots are tricky when it comes to contacting owners; we typically send letters (for other species) to the owner listed on portlandmaps.com.
