Description of specimen

Himalayan Blackberry and Japanese Knot Weed has taken over the property and is invading neighboring residential lots. Blackberry vines are spilling over wooden fences and are reaching 15 feet tall in places. It's a constant battle to keep it out of the residential properties. Would like a BLM crew to clear the noxious vegetation from this parcel.
