Description of specimen

It sure looks like Tremex fuscicornis to me, but that wasn't in your list of options and I'm no entemologist. Photo attached.

Commentary

Thank you for submitting the report. The caller is certainly right with the genus. It is a Tremex species. Unfortunately, we would need the specimen to determine the species. I have contacted Vincent and asked if he could keep an eye out for the specimen(s).

Location

Crawling on window screen, on west side of house. 45.538520,-122.581835 (from google maps). I did not realize it might be a problematic species at the time, so didn't collect it.
