Description of specimen

Saw some spurge growing along the side of the road here, we were in traffic and couldn't stop so not 100% sure of the ID but it looked like eggleaf spurge (Euphorbia oblongata). Scattered plants on the southern side of this small overpass.

Commentary

Thank you for your report! I will contact Linn SWCD and have them check it out. It's possible that it may also be an ODOT issue.
