What is the best method to eradicate scotch broom?

Thanks for your submission. Unfortunately, Scotch (Scot's) broom is already incredibly widespread across much of the PNW. There are a variety of control methods that are suitable for Scotch broom - one of the main challenges is its long-lived seed bank (up to 50 years), so you must continually go back and control seedlings. Considerable Scot Broom grows off South Willamette at Rockridge Drive (e50th)west into Rockridge Loop along west side of street on private lots and bottom of loop along common space of Rockridge Homeowners Association. Invasive blackberry grows along east side of street on west side of RR Loop on vacant private lot.
