Location

This is impossible method to attempt to report what appears to be a gypsy moth or tent caterpillar nest up in my neighbor's tree. The address is 13550 SW 31st street, Beaverton Or. 97008 It is on the tallest limb of his Birch(?) tree in the front yard.
