Description of specimen

Please see https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/3483549 and https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/3483261 for original reports and photos. Yard waste dump site. This is the only known site in Clatsop County, OR for this species. Members of the group pulled all the stems and piled them on the yard waste site to attempt a concentration of material rather than eradication.
