Description of specimen

Tall, green, heart-shaped leaves with white flowers.

I have forwarded you report to Lucas Nipp, Invasive Weed Technician at the East Multnomah SWCD. He will go to the site and if he can get permission from the landowner, work out treatment plans.

Location

At Chapman school (where people go to watch the Vaux Swifts) I saw a huge patch of Japanese knotweed in bloom. I don't have GPS coordinates, but it's to the left of the school if you're sitting on the hillside watching the swifts. It's pretty hard to miss.
