Commentary

Yes... I am certain it's English Ivy. This being the case could I still get in trouble if I where to take it upon myself to pull the stuff?

Hi Roy, thanks for your excellent report of English Ivy. You don't mention the campground ownership, therefore, I'm not sure if it's US Forest Service land, county land, etc. Regardless, before you begin any "land management," it's advisable to contact the landowner, report the ivy, and express your interest in volunteering to remove it. Most landowners would appreciate the help.

It's located in the Fall Creek State Recreation Area, and specifically in the Fisherman's Point campsite.
