I am not an expert but looks like European Green Crab approx. 2.5 inches in size. Photos attached

Hello and thank you for your report! It's true that this crab has a green cast, but it is a native, striped shore crab (see https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/47188-Pachygrapsus-crassipes/browse_photos for lots of photos- they can vary a lot).
