Description of specimen

2 to 5 ft tall, umbrella shaped flower clusters, fern like leaves. Affected area is currently about 4 ft by 20 ft.

Also the knapweed is covering about 5 ft by 25 ft.

Commentary

This looks like bur chervil (Anthriscus caucalis) which is in the parsley family. This is an introduced species from Europe.
