Submitter has sample
EDRR Status: Local expert notified

Description of specimen

Two square meters patch of False Brome south side of dirt road which parallels Little Fall Creek, maybe 20 meters west of the paved Little Fall Creek Road, and scattered clumps of brome next to the creek as we explored 100 yards or so downstream. Brought home a sample for identification, didn't pull any. Probably Weyerhauser land.

Commentary

Hello again Lori,

Thanks so much for reporting False Brome! I really appreciate your detailed descriptions on how to find the populations again. That really helps.

I will forward this report to Teresa Coble at the BLM and see if she can help me figure out who we need to contact. I believe false brome is very abundant in that area, so that particular patch may not get priority for control. However, we still greatly appreciate your report because having an accurate map of the species will help us plan the best approach for control. Thanks Again, and keep up the great work!
