Giant Hogweed

Commentary

Great photos Jackie! Fortunately this is indeed cow parsnip, a native wildflower in Oregon that is commonly mistaken for hogweed. Giant hogweed's leaves are larger, much more jagged and it has one large primary flower head right at the top. It also grows 10-12 feet tall on average. Please feel free to report any other suspicious plants you may find!
