Location

This was initially found at the church parking lot in my neighborhood. I felt an itch, looked down and it was on my bare foot and had bitten me. Within minutes the area was achy and the intense itch and swelling lasted over a week. Then one was seen in my garage so i went hunting and found the one in the picture under a piece of wood. In the last 3 weeks i have been bitten twice for sure on my feet (both times i dare the big on me), the second known bite was while walking through my lawn watering, but I've seen 5 total. I got a third bite with a similar reaction on my heal but i didn't see it physically on me. I've never seen this before and i grew up in the area. I don't know if the two images are the same insect, the second I found under a log but they had similar shape and movement, also in my back yard.
