Description of specimen

It looks like a sting bug but has banded antenna and no teeth along the edges of its thorax.

Christy, thanks for your report. We've had numerous reports from people finding Brown Marmorated Stink Bugs in the Portland Metropolitan area - without a photo, there's no way to assure you that is what you have indeed found. I can only say it would not be uncommon for you to find these stink bugs. Thanks for your report!
