Description of specimen

The few plants were found in the small channel between Metro's conservation easement and the OPRA island that Metro is managing. The plants were treated this past June and we will be tracking the infestation on our property. This is Metro's first instance of finding policeman's helmet on the Clackamas properties that we manage.
