Description of specimen

One plant has multiple shoots (by house) and the other is a single shoot. I have experience with spurge laurel due to previous work history so I'm 99% sure that's what it is.

Location

There is a common area behind the group of townhouses so we pass along people's backyards. At the western back corner of the house (9601) there is a spurge laurel bush. There is also a smaller one in the planted area to the west of the grassy area. Since I am new to the neighborhood I do not want my first impression to be confronting my neighbor about their invasive plant.
