It is tansy ragwort. I know it well. The county or state is not maintaining the right of ways to eradicate it.

Location

Last summer I was horrified at the extent of a tansy invasion on a public right of way. It is on the west side of SE 242nd, just south of Borges Road. The county or state is not maintaining the right of way weed-wise and this is across the road from a cow pasture.
