Description of specimen

The leaves look like that of poison hemlock, and patch stretches approx. 3ft x 20ft long, with several small plants popping up around the same area. Kids, families, and pets frequently use this area, as it is close to the parking lot and playground structure, and is the main trail leading to the river. I am not positive that it is poison hemlock because there are a few look-a-like plants in this region, but thought I should report it just in case.
