Hi Rick, and thanks for your report on feral swine. It's very important we receive sightings of feral swine from the public so that we can report it to APHIS (Animal, Plant, Health, and Inspection Service). Like other invasive species, we do not want feral swine to become established in Oregon because of the impacts to watersheds and riparian areas, not to mention the numerous diseases they carry.
