Commentary

Thank you for your report! The Oregon Dept. of Fish and Wildlife has a fact sheet about bullfrogs and actions that can be taken at https://www.dfw.state.or.us/conservationstrategy/invasive_species/docs/bullfrog_fact_sheet.pdf. You may want to compare with photos from http://www.californiaherps.com/frogs/pages/l.catesbeianus.html to be sure they are bullfrogs - although they are certainly common in the Portland-Metro area. There are some more control tips at https://www.denverpost.com/2019/07/03/boulder-county-invasive-american-bullfrogs/.
