Description of specimen

False Brome confirmed. Very small populations. 7 locations on the Metro property with 10-15 plants each. All within the powerline corridor. Surveyed entire property with no further populations found at this time. We will send CCSWCD exact GPS location. This property is in Clackamas County but borders Multnomah. False brome populations likely in BPA powerline corridor.

7 individual small populations of False Brome found in BPA powerline corridor on Metro Parks Property. This population was treated when found in may before seed set. Follow up will continue. Good idea to work to inspect other powerline corridors nearby. Need to work with BPA on weed prevention.
