Description of specimen

Plants are in all stages of growth and bloom (August 2019) in the half acre grassy area and on and around the excavation pile. Parts of the grassy area have been mowed periodically, but other areas are untouched and in full bloom at present. See photo.

Location

Property is Matton Utilities equipment storage lot. Entrance is a gravel driveway across the street from the Redland Grange on Fischer's Mill Rd. Spotted Knapweed is on and around a large pile of excavated material on the right of the driveway approx. 400 feet from the entrance. This pile is also accessible by driving through the parking lot of the Redland Cafe on Redland Rd. and continuing back approx. 300 feet to where a grassy area and the excavation pile is seen on the left.
