Description of specimen

Laurel-spurge, Daphne laureola, which is considered a noxious weed, and is dangerous to wildlife as it can easily take over forested areas and out compete local food sources.
I don't see it in the listing, but I did read up on its dangers to Oregon wildlife and forests and wanted to report my sighting.
