multiple plants along roadside, infesting adjacent properties

Commentary

Please, if possible do nothing this is a native plant. The English ivy beneath it however is a noxious weed and please do everything you can to manually control!

Location

road adjacent to our driveway, multiple plants spreading
local road connects to Otter Crest Loop where there are additional plants

these plants went to seed last year and have invaded our property, and properties adjacent to us.

the other properties are unoccupied so the plants will probably again come to maturity
