Description of specimen

As a botanist and one who has found and pulled bags of garlic mustard in Yamhill Co, for several years, I have an "eye" for it. I didn't stop to scrutinize the plant or survey extent, but knowing that it has been there for 8+ years, I went slowly by looking to see if it was visible from the road. It is just starting to show white buds/flowers now (4/30/20). Clackamas Co has promptly gotten to it at this site for the past few years.
