Japanese knotweed and Tree of Heaven is out of control on property between 28th St and McLoughlin Blvd. This is in the canyon and we do not know the property owner (CC/ODOT/?). Not property of owner at 12718 or 12780 SE McLoughlin. Have been attempting to control along 28th but to spread along canyon which is ? maintained by OLWS. At the time the transit center was put in across McLoughlin the area was redesigned and large boulders were put in between McLoughlin sidewalk and 28th St. and multiple invasive weeds have taken over. Not my property but have attempted to keep rubbish, mainly from people walking and using the bus stop, but it has become impossible. We are well into our 80's and can no longer due it. It is also encouraging people to use the area for a dumping area, i.e. broken up concrete, bags of garbage, old lumber, etc.
