Description of specimen

Wilsonville, a few plants blooming along the east side of Canyon Creek Road between Vlahos and Daybreak Streets.
Also some first year specimens along the 1.4 mile Mentor Graphics path that is south of Boeckman Road.
The picture below shows tansy ragwort specimen almost in full bloom, but there other specimens are in full bloom and I'm sure it is not common tansy.
