Description of specimen

A large amount of the species were cut down on an overgrown bare lot, and subsequently identified due to skin irritation.

Commentary

Thanks Scott. Is there an address associated with this report? It most likely is cow parsnip (Heracleum maximus) which is much more common but still can cause severe skin injury/chemical burn.
